How ClientVPS works
ClientVPS runs an online store and a client area for servers and domains. You order on the website, pay with cryptocurrency or your account balance, and manage your servers in the client area: power controls, operating system reinstall, a browser console, reverse DNS, invoices and support tickets.
There are two kinds of VPS. Cloud VPS plans are built automatically once the payment is confirmed. Offshore plans, in locations such as Moldova, Panama and Ukraine, are set up by the ClientVPS team after payment, and each product page shows the expected setup time.
Servers are self-managed unless a plan is sold as managed: you install the software and apply the updates yourself.

How do I pay ClientVPS?
With cryptocurrency through Plisio or ArionPay, or from your account balance, which you top up with cryptocurrency. PayPal and cards are available to verified customers on request through support; bank transfers are not accepted.
Does ClientVPS ask for identity documents?
No. Signing up needs only an e-mail address and a password. Domain registrations need real registrant details, because the registries require them.
What uptime does ClientVPS commit to?
99.9% in each monthly billing cycle, as set out in section 6 of the Terms of Service. If it is missed, you can claim a credit to your account balance within 14 days by opening a ticket.
