Port speed and traffic: what the numbers mean
Port speed is how fast data can move at any moment: 1 Gbps is about 125 megabytes per second. Traffic is how much data your server moves in a month, counted in terabytes.
A 1 Gbps port is enough for busy websites, file downloads, VPN servers and game servers. Most servers use the full speed only in short bursts.
Every plan lists the traffic it includes. If you need a faster port, ask us: we can provide a 10 Gbps port for your server.

Yes, every plan on this page, in every location. Elsewhere on the site, a few Hong Kong plans on China routes have a 10 to 50 Mbps port, shown on their plan cards.

No. Each plan includes a monthly traffic allowance, shown on the plan. If you expect to need more, ask us before you reach it.
