Billing: facts
Billing cycles and discounts, renewal invoices, suspension and cancellation.
In short
ClientVPS services are paid in advance, monthly, for 3 months (5% off), for 6 months (10% off) or yearly (15% off), and 5% tax is added to every invoice. The renewal invoice comes 15 days before the due date; a service still unpaid on its due date is suspended, and it is cancelled 25 days later.

The renewal timeline
Every service has a due date, when the paid period ends. Paying the renewal invoice by then keeps it running for the next period. Paying after the due date, but before cancellation, restores a suspended service without moving the billing date.
What it does not mean
- Not a grace period: an unpaid service is suspended on its due date, not later.
- Not a growing penalty: the late fee is 5% of the invoice, added once.
Not to be confused with
- Due date
- The day the current paid period ends and the next one must be paid.
- Suspended and cancelled
- Suspended: stopped until the invoice is paid. Cancelled: ended for good, 25 days after the due date.
Questions
What happens if I pay late?
The service is suspended on its due date and a 5% late fee is added once. Paying within 25 days restores it; after that it is cancelled and its data may be deleted.
Is there a grace period?
No. The renewal invoice comes 15 days early so there is time to pay; an unpaid service is suspended on its due date.
Are renewals paid automatically?
From the account balance, while auto-renew is on (the default) and the balance covers the invoice. Otherwise you pay the invoice with cryptocurrency.
